Taizhou, known as the auspicious and blessed land, the state of Xiangtai.It is the gateway to central Jiangsu from the south to the north, and is known as "the key to water and land, the throat of the county".With a history of more than 2,100 years, the People's Liberation Army Navy was born in Taizhou.Blessed with natural resources and a long history of shipbuilding.Now Taizhou has grown into the largest inland waterway shipbuilding base in China, with one third of Jiangsu shipbuilding market share.

Tai Zhou Qin Hai Shipping Scinece and Technology Co., Ltd. was established in 2018. As  jointly initiated and invested by Local Government and Jiangsu Hongfu, with a registered capital of RMB 80 million.And we have set up a local internship base for training shipbuilding industry talents. Qinhai is located on the Yangtze River Golden Waterway, close to Changtai Yangtze River Bridge, with convenient water and land transportation. It covers an area of 160,000 square meters and is 250 meters along the Yangtze River coastline. 

Qinhai Shipyard has berths of 230m X 62.5m, 235m X 58m, 235m X 51.5m and 230m X 120m, capable of building all kinds of ships and offshore equipment up to 50,000 tons, and we are also more concerned and committed to the development of green and intelligent ships. Our Shipyard are all equipped with gantry cranes, standard warehouses, welding machines, plate processing machines, pipe bending machines, CNC cutting machines, testing instruments, electrical appliances and other production infrastructure. 

We have three varieties of steel structure production workshops, hull preparation workshops, engine workshops, a painting and two coating standard workshops, standardized warehouses, one 200-ton, 150-ton, 80-ton and 50-ton gantry crane each, distributed in three shipyards, and two 25-ton gantry cranes distributed in the hull manufacturing area.

Welding process and welding personnel have always been an important core part of quality control. Qinhai has 268 qualified welders of various types from CCS, BV and ZC to fully guarantee the welding quality of the ship. The shipyard increases the investment in ship production design, and all the installation and construction work will be demonstrated once in advance on the computer. The integration of hull outfitting and coating and the integration of design production management are the core concepts of each operation stage in our production process.

By promoting the construction of independent R&D capability, the company has cultivated and created a technical R&D team of nearly 400 people, and is one of the few shipyards in China with the ability to design the whole process (basic design → detailed design → production design). Qinhai mainly builds bulk carriers, container ships, general cargo ships, LCT barges, oil tankers and other large high-performance ocean-going vessels. The annual shipbuilding capacity will reach 500,000 DWT, and the annual steel processing volume will exceed 40,000 tons when the production capacity is fully reached.

Qinhai constantly improves its internal management level, emphasizing on quality front control and process management. We have obtained CCS quality management certificate issued by China Classification Society, and passed the certification and environmental impact assessment and acceptance by government departments.
